Dear Elevate,
In many ways, life has been on pause since March. In other ways, we've made pivots and changes that none of us would have imagined.
After careful and prayerful consideration and in conjunction with students coming back to Southwestern Adventist University, we are moving forward with a plan to open Elevate and Keene Church for in-person worship starting August 22.
Our plans are subject to change given the rapidly fluctuating COVID-19 situation in Texas and Johnson County. Any changes we make will be to ensure the safety of our church family.
Per CDC recommendations, we will require masks to be worn for all indoor events and masks will be worn for outside events until social distancing can be maintained.
We will be doing additional sanitation and cleaning during each service. Social distancing is requested and our seating will be sectioned accordingly.
Thank you for careful consideration of the safety of others. If you are not comfortable attending in person, have been in contact with some having COVID-19 or are experiencing sick symptoms, we ask you engage in our online worship gatherings from your home.
We are excited to be able to welcome you home, where there is always room for one more.
