Walking The Path

Proverbs 3:6

Can you say that you are 100% sure of everything in your life? Your job, your career, your faith, your friends, or yourself even? I think it’s safe to say that there is one aspect of your life that you aren’t sure of, and that is okay. Yes, you read right. It is okay to not be 100% sure of everything that is going on and it doesn’t necessarily mean that you ‘don’t have it together’. Try looking at it from a different perspective. Because you don’t have everything together, what are you clinging onto that helps you keep going while things are falling apart? Your friends or family? They are great, but what about having something more constant?

Jesus is constant and never changing. He isn’t unpredictable. In fact, he is 1000% sure of everything that is going on in your life while you don’t, and trust me... He has it all together for you.

As your spiritual life keeps growing, things will get harder. More things are going to hit you even harder because Satan also wants to be a part of your life to take God out. It gets hard to not lose faith because it seems as if your life was going great without Him. But really, that's whats deceiving about the enemy, he wants you to think that you can do better without Him. God has a promise for us (Deuteronomy 31:8). You should hold onto that promise and have faith that no matter what comes our way God will still be there to pick us up. Having faith is a struggle... but not having it can be one of the biggest mistakes in our lives. Remember that everything that happens in your life has a bigger purpose. Keep your vision focused on God and everything else will fall into place.
